Fish dinner at home

On Saturday night I made a fish dinner for Rich and I. We're saving our dollars and pennies for a special trip for my birthday, so as we've done in the past we are avoiding restaurants. Here's what I did:
I rinsed and dress two tilapia filets with olive oil, herbs and some butter.
I cook it at about 300F until it gets flakey.
While the fish cooked, I made brown Jasmine rice with haricots verts, broccoli and edemame from the freezer.
Set the table and squeeze a lemon over the fish and its time to eat.
Fruit biere for an after dinner drink.
After dinner we went out to Brooklyn to congratulate some friends who recently got engaged and spent the night with beers and a whole lot of people I went to high school with.
