Style File Spring 2011

Going through all my style files has been a great exercise of "What the hell was I thinking?" Being featured are the outfits I might wear again, the others, well they are now in outfit purgatory. My New Year's Blogging Resolution is to move the blog in a clearer direction, more lifestyle with better fashion bytes. Anyway, here are my favorite outfits from springtime (my least favorite season of all).
I went bright and dark for a blogger meetup in Manhattan. The pink shirt is too pretty for words, but also incredibly hot and sticky so it rarely sees the light of day.
If ever there was a photo that captured my college look, this would be it. A slightly hungover Sunday morning hodge-podge of cords, wool and cotton.
I got really into doing crazy nails.
Silver pin as a bowtie.
Levi's cutoffs, a thrifted blouse and chunky cardigan for a picnic.
My favorite outfit this past spring was girly and comfortable. I wore a million combos of sweaters/sneakers with this dress.
Sweaters and shorts are the most comfortable combo.
This was my favorite skirt, my favorite outfit, and my black hair that only lasted about a week.

  2. My favorite outfits would be the 1st, 5th, and 7th ones. They're all so cute and very well put together.

  4. Oolong! I love the outfit with the red blouse and boots and I also adore the last outfit. I'm glad to hear that other people have "what the hell was I thinking" moments, too. I have a lot of them.
